Our Team

Marinus Analytics' mission is to deliver cutting edge research to law enforcement and lawmakers, keeping them ahead of criminals by providing investigative tools to monitor and fight crime, especially, human trafficking. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team developing technology with a social mission to help stop the exploitation of the vulnerable. You will apply your talents to a meaningful cause while enhancing your knowledge of emerging solutions in the area of data science and analytics. As a key contributor, you will support the scaling of business operations and management of client accounts.



We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with deep rooted desire to grow in their knowledge and professional experience in business development, contracting, and customer relationship management. While experience is helpful, we are willing (and able) to train individuals who are the right fit. The ideal candidate has a high work ethic, is coachable, and has a passion for customer experience. Interest in the field of law enforcement and public safety is a plus.

Your day-to-day:

  • 8-12 hours / week commitment, with opportunity for growth of the position

  • Research, identify, and tenaciously generate new opportunities over the phone and web

  • Qualify, build, and manage an accurate and up-to-date customer pipeline

  • Maintain a high daily volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling

  • Manage CRM and other databases as needed

  • Manage purchasing process and invoicing of new customers

  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable


Qualifications and Skills: 

  • 0 - 2 years of Sales / Business Development experience

  • Familiarity with B2G Sales / Business Development process

  • Required education: Bachelor's

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Remote work, but New York City or Pittsburgh based is a plus
