RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will primarily be responsible for gathering and interpretation of open-source information concerning online public safety threats. The successful analyst will disrupt the infrastructure of criminal enterprises by identifying pertinent information and generating leads for client investigation. The analyst needs an ability to develop relationships and facilitate information-sharing with contacts in our user communities. Daily duties include, but are not limited to, reviewing and evaluating data and information from multiple sources, creating and managing case files, preparing documents, reports and summaries, and providing timely status updates.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent research abilities
Tech-savviness and comfort learning and using new software and websites
Takes initiative to solve problems and troubleshoot
Ability to work independently and remotely on team-directed tasks
Passion for advocating for the human rights of others
Nice to have: Law enforcement, social work, or criminal intelligence background
Nice to have: Foreign language aptitude
